    FY2026 Non-Departmental Timeline

    The FY26 deadline for submission will be 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024.

    Informational Sessions– An informational session will be held on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 at 4:00 PM.  An additional technical assistance session will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 at 4:00 PM. Both sessions will be held in person at the Main Library, 101 E. Franklin St.

    Application materials can be made available in Spanish as well as other languages. To receive these documents or to request other translation and interpretation assistance, please email askoire@rva.gov or call (804) 646-0145.

    10/16 UPDATE: Due to a technology issue out of our control, a recording of the October 9th  Info Session is not available. However, the slide deck used during the session can be found here. We have also added an additional virtual-only session on November 6th from 4pm – 5pm. Please use this link for that meeting. That session will include a 15-20 minute overview, similar to the one offered during the 10/9 Info Session. The remaining time will be set aside for Q&A and additional technical assistance.

      All proposals and applications must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, December 1, 2023.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

      An informational session will be held on Wednesday, October 11th at 4:00 PM.  A technical assistance session will be held on Wednesday, October 25th at 4:00 PM. Both sessions will be held in person at the Main Library, 101 E. Franklin St.

      All Project/Program funding requests must be submitted on the FY25 Application or Addendum forms. Applicants should submit all documents electronically to the City of Richmond using email.  Email submissions can be sent to: BudgetNDRequests@rva.gov.

      If you are unable to electronically submit your Application or Addendum, there will be a drop box available on the 1st floor of City Hall at 900 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219 from November 27th to December 1st, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Please approach the security office on the 1st floor and they will instruct you.
