Officer of the Court Remote Access
The Clerk of Circuit Court is now offering Officer of the Court Remote Access (OCRA) for attorneys who are interested in viewing cases filed in 2011 to the present day without the need to physically visit the courthouse. The subscription fee is a rate of $100.00/year, per attorney, and $50.00/year for each additional attorney or any attorney-supervised staff members.

Changes to fee-exempt access for OCRA beginning on July 1, 2026
Pursuant to Code of Virginia §17.1-267, OCRA will be provided at no cost to attorneys who meet all three conditions:
- You are certified by the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission (VIDC) in Richmond City.
- You are currently appointed by the VIDC to represent a defendant in Richmond City.
- You are currently accepting appointments from the VIDC in Richmond City.
