As the department’s primary provider of publicly facing core services, Operations and Maintenance strives to continuously improve in all areas through; process improvement, training, re-engineering, employee development, changing cultures and work environments, improving communications, and employee engagement.
By taking action on the initiatives mentioned above we feel that it will help create a better work environment, promote empowerment, and decrease personnel issues, while staying in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
