Payment Services

As a Constitutional Office of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the City Treasurer is responsible for receiving and processing payments for the following City of Richmond departments and offices:

• Circuit Court
• General District Court
• Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court
• Sheriff's Office
• Commonwealth Attorney's Office
• Worker Compensation Commission

Notary Services

Notary service is offered at no cost and is available by appointment Monday through Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
