Disparity Study

MGT Consulting Group has been commissioned by the City of Richmond, VA, to conduct a disparity study in order to evaluate the City's procurement and contracting practices. The study will determine whether disparities exist between the availability of firms owned by minorities and women and the utilization of those firms by the City. MGT will provide recommendations to the City based on the findings of the study, and the City will determine what modifications, if any, need to be made.
