The City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities will hold training sessions on Wednesday, October 2 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm and Tuesday, October 8 from 7:30 am – 9:30 am for the Water Service Line Identification Program. All plumbers interested in assisting residents with identifying and reporting their water service lines for reimbursement must attend one of these sessions.
