The amended Water Resources Guidance Manual is under proposal to be adopted. The DPU Director will hold a hearing on July 29, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 1801 Commerce Road, Richmond, VA 23224 at which time any person may appear and be heard for or against the adoption of the amendment.
