TRIAD – Senior Citizen’s Program
Richmond City TRIAD Meeting - Every Second Wednesday from 11:00am to 12:30pm - TRIAD is a cooperative effort involving law enforcement agencies, seniors, and community organizations. The group focuses on reducing crimes against the senior population, improving their safety, and preventing scams and fraud that targets them.
