WHAT:          Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting to introduce (i) an ordinance authorizing the special use of the property known as 2200 Ingram Avenue and (ii) a resolution expressing support for the dedication of revenue from the proposed destination resort and casino to fund a Child Care and Education Trust Fund and the construction of certain early childhood care centers.
