Community, Youth, and Intervention Services (CYIS) is designed to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods, along with placing a greater emphasis on young people.
CYIS is comprised of the following units: Community Code Enforcement Team (CCET), Community Care, Hispanic Liaison Officer, McGruff Safe Kids, Project HOPE, Richmond Police Athletic League, Volunteers in Policing along with Police Explorers and School Resource Officers.
